Since Diana's coming in Brazil I has been listening something that let me confused.

I have read that in this year (2008) Diana Krall come back to Brazil for a new performance that will be recorded in a new album, probably with Bossa Nova songs.

If this is true, I don't know (sorry) although some brazilian fans are explaining she was invited to come again in Brazil for sing (and play the piano, of course) because of Bossa Nova's birthday (50 years old). Still is uncertain but I can hardly wait...

See here about Bossa Nova, if you want know more:

Hope, soon give more info,
.Samuel.

And...

Diana Krall come back to Brazil to recording a new album

January, 4. 2008

The proclaimed Diana's passion for Brazil seems, in fact, true. After makes three concerts at the November and December, the singer returns to the country in April to record a disc live in the capital Rio de Janeiro.

The dates are not yet confirmed, but the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, already is informed and waiting for that recording, which should be held in the same way the other live album (Live in Paris)

Like in concerts performed in the last two months in Rio and Sao Paulo, some classics of the Bossa Nova should be included in the repertoire, when we celebrate 50 years of Bossa Nova.

The next Diana’s album from the studio Krall, in partnership with the conductor Claus Oberman, is also scheduled for this year. Among the tracks, going to be the song “So Nice” (Summer Samba) by Marcos Valle.

Translated by me (any trouble, just let me know)

From: http://igpop.ig.com.br/principal/2008/0 ... 39409.html

After read this article, I found in a community of Diana’s fans that she will not came here (Brazil) in April but probably in November or December because of the album she going to records in studio.

I personally hope the live in Brazil album will be heavy on bossa nova numbers, including, of course, "I Remember You." Fingers crossed!
