One of the highlights of the evening was a concert by Diana Krall. She was engaging and polished, relaxed and yet the consummate performer. She seemed to be enjoying the concert as much as the audience. What a delight.

I (semi-regularly) check the sites of Jeff Hamilton, John Clayton, and Antony Wilson, and thee are often all sorts of 'private' concert dates that never make it on to the official DK site
Always nice to know she's helping out (though I wonder what kind of $$$ is involved in these 'charity gigs'...)
