June 20:
Ghomeshi In Conversation: Episode Five
[Saturday, June 20 on Radio Two at 12 noon in Ontario, Quebec, Central, Mountain and Pacific; 1 p.m. in Maritimes; 1:30 p.m. in Nfld. ]
The final episode in a series of feature conversations between Jian Ghomeshi, host of Q on Radio One and five Canadian music legends: David Foster, Gordon Lightfoot, Bruce Cockburn, Leonard Cohen and today's guest- Diana Krall.Krall has been a jazz superstar for a long time now, but it seems - and this is certainly evident here- that she has finally grown comfortable with both her staus and herself. Maybe it's the twins. Maybe it's her husband, Elvis Costello, but this is a Diana Krall who laughs a lot, isn't afraid to not know an answer to a question and obviously loves what she's doing and where she's at in her life and career.
