Shouting against MapleMusic

I'm gonna shout against the services MapleMusic is giving to their customers.

I ordered one month ago 3 DK articles on their website (a GitOR shirt, a GitOR program and a poster).
I received this morning the shirt and the program as planned. But when I opened it, what was my surprise! The 2 articles were put directly in the package, without any protection! :eek :evil: Consequently, the program is slightly torn and bent on his edges! :x
I don't know if you had ordered items from this website and got the same problem. Hell, I am paying a HUGE tax for the shipping ($30 CAN almost 19 €uros!) because I'm not living in the States or Canada. For that price, I expect my merchandise to be sent with great care!

I haven't received the poster yet... I'm quite afraid to know how I'll get it. :|

Remi ~ please email me about this. If you have received merchandise that is NOT in good condition, I want to know about it so that I can help fix this situation. The only way I have any way of knowing is if you email me ~dkrallfanclub@shaw.ca . Sorry to hear that you had problems.
