Hi Samuel,

Lots of blues music recently, essentially Popa Chubby.

Hi Rémi!

Cool you answered me!
I just know Katie Melua but I believe that all (Popa Chubby, Muse and Mark Knopfler) are good because you seem have good opinion for music. ;)

Today I read a old article in a magazine about Diana Krall. It is telling when her came in Brazil. I'll try translate a short passage:

"The big surprise in last Free Jazz Festival, fulfilled at São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, was the pianist and singer canadian Diana Krall. Ruler of a very beautiful voice and a elegant style of play the piano and sing, Diana Krall released "Love Scenes", with songs that say about love and romance..." (1997)

In article still said some songs her sing in CD. What more impress me was know that the songwritter of the track ''Gentle Rain" is brazilian (Luiz Bonfá): Cool!!!

When Diana released this and other album I was much young, then just now I'm really learning more about DK. I'm 18 years old ;)

(I'm sorry for my english... I don't know if I translated right)

So, today I listened the full album "Love Scenes"!

I've got Norah Jones' live in New Orleans DVD going. She's singing "I've Got to See You Again" at the moment.

I've got my RealJukebox on shuffle. What's playing now is 'Hazard', by Richard Marx. Whatever happened to him, anyway?

I'm home sick from work.
DK's "Live In Paris" on the CD player.
Surfing the web.
Have you guys seen this Britain's Got Talent guy? I guess I'm late to the party on this one, but this video is blowing me away --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1k08yxu57NA

I find his story inspiring. Any news on when his album will be released?

I have Live In Paris DVD playing in the background, too, as I work. She just started "Devil May Care." Yummy!

Fever, performed by Michael Buble', borrowed the CD from my friend. Checking out MB in earnest for the first time. Have heard him along the way, just haven't honed in on him before.

Cheers,

The latest one I listened to was Harry Connick Jr. 'My New Orleans' (or 'Oh my Nola') as it was called in the USA and Canada. A great album and a tribute to New Orleans.

I like your tagline, Hamlet :)

Let the rain pitter patter
But it really doesn't matter
If the skies are gray,
As long as I am here with you,
It's a lovely day-ay.

Lastly I've listened the full album "When I Look In Your Eyes" and I'm surprised because it's very good. Still there is the "From This Moment On" album... I love it.
