Live with Regis and Kelly, 17 Sep

Postby Bud on 17 Sep 2007, 16:04

This will be quick because I have to go to a doctor's appt...

Just watched her appearance which was the last 15 or so minutes of the show. She was with John Clayton only, so it was very minimalist. She performed 'S Wonderful, did some chit-chat with the hosts, and after an extended break she closed with East of the Sun. Unfortunately, the show ended and so you don't hear the whole song.

Nice job today - she seemed very chipper!

I watched it on tape (my cheap version of Tivo!) afterward because of an appointment. Bud described it perfectly. Considering a harrowing flight (mentioned on another thread) from Oslo to New York, I think Diana handled everything well.

No moomoo for Diana. I saw a black dress and black heels. John Clayton just oozes warm confidence and support, in addition to being a wonderful musician. I can see why Diana likes to go to gigs with him!

That was the first time I have ever heard her perform with only John Clayton - and even more surprising - no Anthony Wilson.... she looked great though.....

I was very happy to hear that that horrible flight from Oslo ended well !!

Just finished watching too. Great show, enjoyed the 'chatting' too as many shows don't visit enough with Diana when she's on.

Thanks for the heads up. Will go and get. I was kinda bummed that the "Live" website didn't have Diana's performance when I visited Monday. Thank you again!

Cheers,

Every day, to myself I say,
Point the way, what would it be?
I ask myself what's the best thing for you,
And myself and I seem to agree,
That the best thing for you would be me. ... :)

I know a girl that saw Diana on The Regis and Kelly show (Monday). The girl didn't know who she was and seeing her on Regis and Kelly were the first time she have ever seen her or heard her. She tell me that Diana sang 2 songs at the end of their show.
They talked to her for a bit and Kelly mentioned that Diana has twins. Of course she love Diana's music.
