For artists, a few words of advice from Sam: "Critics are critics because they couldn't be you" and "You just have to do what feels right to yourself and stick with it." He also said not to accept no as an answer...only as a declaration of war. He said he looks for one (or more) of three things for new talent: A voice, a level of musicianship "far beyond anything" he's ever heard before, or new lyrics or music "that will move you or change something."

There appears to be another framed WILIYE artifact. The main one with the CD, in a black frame, is behind him to his right. Up on the wall in a gold frame, behind the left side of his head in the video, there's a picture of the WILIYE cover. Its easier to see if you go to full screen mode...
