Another show added to the schedule - Ottawa Jazz Festival on June 29th.

(Perhaps I'll finally make a trek out to the nation's capital - not a bad pretext to go, eh?) (Yes, never been to Ottawa. I'm starting to think I was destined not to make it there, ever. Every time I plan a trip, something always goes wrong at the last minute. And yes, I call myself a Canadian - though I have never been to an NHL game either )

Okay, I'll spell out what I mean. It's all meant in a figurative sense, not a literal sense...and if you look at a slang dictionary, you'll see a lot of listings using food/eating images for sexual images. But I think with the song lyrics of "Peel Me a Grape," each request ("peel me a grape," "skin me a peach," "french me a fry") is a tease, part of foreplay.
