Christian McBride is AMAZING!

I saw an amazing 5-piece all-star band at the London Jazz Fest on Sunday night - Chick Corea/John McLaughlin/Kenny Garrett/Christian McBride/Vinnie Colaiuta. Not to slight the others, as it was a fabulous band all around, but Christian completely stole the show as far as I'm concerned. Granted, I have a soft spot for acoustic bass, but regardless, his solos blew the house away, so it wasn't just me.

Diana sure knows how to pick her musicians!
