Has anyone been watching this? He got the death penalty today, but the judge has the final say. Can you imagine being one of the jurors who gets to decide his fate?

Makes me glad I live in Michigan, where a juror doesn't have to make life-or-death decisions. Here we just "throw away the key." So far I've sat on only one jury, and it was not a murder case. It was a case of a man in a small business with other partners who didn't split the profits with him according to their agreement. Everybody on our jury agreed -- very quickly -- on the remedy and there wasn't much angst about our decision.
