IMHO, she deserves alot more credit that she gets for expanding the market for jazz, which helps set the stage for these types of sales...

I agree that Diana has been the most important torch-bearer for jazz for a while, and then other more recent artists seem to have seen that there is a market for it. But at least she IS mentioned...unlike the PBS jazz series by Ken Burns.
