Gently I woke to a calm,
steady, peaceful
Rain.
My Room Cool
The air thin and
Brisk.
Still nurtured by sleeps calm
I turned.
My arm outstretched and searching
-A sudden longing-
for the warmth once there.
The coldness from the untoutched
Linen startling me from
Sleeps Ghostly Serenity,
an abrupt reminder
of
My Emptiness
My Complete
Sadness.
I turned again,
Restlessly drawing
The Pillows to my side,
as a tear
Filled my Eye.
Why do lovers lie?
Yea, by me...(Charlie, Joe, John LOL! However you may have known me)
Who hasn't been here?

Hi Sun, wellcome.
I hope that coming to this forum will help making this new year better for you than the last. It's a bit cold at the moment because Diana is on vacation (well deserved, no complaints
). But this shouldn't last.
