Name dropping on Dr. Vegas

My hubby and I were channel surfing yesterday, and near the end of the new show Dr. Vegas, a character talked about getting tickets to a Diana Krall concert on Oct. 13th! I know nothing about legalities here, just wondering if the show needed permission to use her name.
