Dear Forum Members,

I would like to wish all of you a very happy and healthy New year. It was a great year for us traveling the world and playing new music from "The Girl In The other Room" . I send you all my deepest appreciation for your kind words, insightful thoughts and support for the new music we've been playing. It's been really great touring because (as some of you have heard) we incorporate new songs with the old in concert, and that has been really fun for all of us.

While I was home in Nanaimo for Christmas , I read the many lovely birthday cards and well wishes, and I was very touched by all of them. Thanks go to Michelle for delivering them to me safely, and thank you all for taking the time to write such kind words.

Hi DK thanks for posting as always you are 1st class. One of my highlights in life was meeting you in Ann Arbor at the Michigan Theater downstairs and we spoke about your music. At that time I asked if you would do a tribute to Jobim and you told me about the Look of Love etc. and you signed two theater album covers promo poster boards for me ...it was extremely memorable for me and your graciousness and beauty came through. I loved your Toledo show you really rocked that night. I look forward to more concerts please come back to Ann Arbor, (just a note Bird of Paradise closed down real bummer hopefully he will open it again. When will the new CD come out? Please make more than one CD a year we can't get enuff of your music. Thank you for visiting your Fan Site, this is where the love is...ANAE :cool:

I'll piggyback off ANAE's message and say, if you can get to Ann Arbor, that's close enough for me! The Fox in Detroit is nice, but it's so big. Maybe one day I'll be as lucky as ANAE to get a chance to meet you in person for an autograph!
