They haven't played like that in couple of years! The intensity was amazing - but the hard part of course will be keeping up that pace all year.

Too bad you don't have tix this year. I'm coming out there this week and will be going to the game against Dallas. There is an outside chance I'll head up to Philly this weekend - it'll be a true test to see if last Sunday was a fluke.

Sure you don't want to get tix this year? If they have a good season this year, it might be hard to get them next year...

I would be interested if somewhere in the northeast. I'm in Rochester, so something in Buffalo/Toronto would be an easy grab for me. Could also make a NYC or Boston without much trouble.

Hi, surfy! Am I imagining, or are we starting to get a critical mass for the Buffalo or Toronto area gathering?

Hello... Looks like I may have to go some place I didn't fancy. But majority rules these days.

See you all in Buffalo then... :|

If Diana will go there for a concert in 2006, which isn't highly likely. Just my 2 cents, pals.

Wadaya foresee, Jedi ? ;)

1. Not to start a debate here, but is there any particular reason for your disdain of Buffalo?

2. Diana has (to my knowledge) always made a stop in Buffalo during her American tours.

3. No one is forcing you to go.

Buffalo has some fine venues with excellent accoustics that you can rent at a reasonable rate and sell out. It's what every promoter prays for.

Well, by my not so precise calculations, we have 7 East Coasters (I am including Flordia as an East Coaster) and 5 West Coasters, along with one interested Australian, and 2 members who's location I do not know (CarlG - isn't he in So. Cal.? - & verena - where the heck are you now ?). I am sure that if/when Diana tours next year, she will make stops in one or both of the coasts. It is also quite possible that when an actual date and show is chosen, we may get even more interest. With 15 members interested now, this could end up being a 20-25 person group gathering. That would be something !

Be sure to check back to this thread when schedules are announced and be prepared to say a quick and definitive 'yea' or 'ney'..... :alcohol:

I'll go. And I can also use my expertise in getting backstage if you need it. I am afterall the one who scored a meeting with Diana and Michelle when she came to San Francisco a year or so ago.

So...I guess I make 6 for the west coast.

Oldsilhouette reporting in...still around and kickin!
I'd entertain thoughts of seeing Diana for sure. I'm in Toronto
so east is best for me, but depending on circumstances (read..$)
west coast might work out too. I'll keep watching this thread.

If Saxlix is in the loop then it is pretty good omen...

East or West is ok, it goes without saying I love both. Provided the venue is not too far from a coast (I am just so fond of sunsets and moonfloating by the sea). I don't like to be landlocked, in fact.

Never mind where I am Jedifan, it doesn't change anything (I'm always sort of drained anyhow, what a drag. But for important things no matter what, I string along). Thanks for your concern. Hope that Oregon is pleasing you, and do you receive enough news from your granddaughters ?

Count me in, too!

Being down under, I'm at least 12 hours away from anywhere in North America (except Hawaii, which I think is 10 hours). So anywhere is fine by me.

I should be delighted to meet you Wush, I remember the fun reports you wrote.

Now I can tell you I am grateful to you and also to this site, cause at the time, among other niceties my sis had been diagnosed with leukemia.
As a matter of fact, one of my sissies. I have 3, and 4 brothers (yep!).

I thought we were lucky to be 8, one of us should be compatible. Plus there was the hope that it might be only bladder cancer. Nevertheless I found I needed some place to hide, and ended up into a computer. Not the best of ideas, my friends later told me. But my, I learned a whole lot...

After 2 months of running tests and disagreeing between themselves, doctors reported that they did not understand. No cancer no more, the symptoms had disappeared. So they released my sis. Meantime I had gotten entangled in the web and I was in for a few surprises. It's the Far West in there ! You gotta deal with some hateful cowboys. But I also found a few lonesome indiens, riding on intriguing journeys. Sometimes I follow. I can ride, happen to like it... just not too much. After a while, it makes me bleed !
