Diana is going to be in my backyard !!!..... (more or less anyway)... she is going to be to here in Eugene, Oregon at the Cuthbert on Wednesday, August 8th. WITH CHRIS BOTTI !!!!!!

Tickets go on sale next Friday, April 27th.....

Oh I hope this means she'll continue to head up north a little. I'm waiting to see if she'll get to Seattle of Vancouver this year! :up:

I hope you get a chance to see DK this year in your neck of the woods....

I would think that Diana will stop off in at least Vancouver on this tour.... I guess we will have to wait and see.....

In the meantime, if I may suggest, I just noticed that Karrin Allyson http://www.karrin.com/content/schedule.htm is going to be at Jazz Alley in Seattle September 18th thru the 22nd. If you have never seen Karrin live, she is very much worth the effort.

ticketswest - but they don't go onsale until next Friday.....

One nice thing about a concert here in Eugene as opposed to say, LA, is that one can usually get good seats by getting on line when the tickets first go on sale....

If you are willing to pay the top price for the 'reserved seating' area - that is the bench seating down front as opposed to the general admission lawn seating in the back - you can usually get good seats....

For anyone interested..... I - along with you I am sure - just got notification of presale tickets thru the fan club for the Eugene show. The email said presale tickets would go on sale this Friday the 27th..... knowing that the regular public sale begins on that date, I logged on and was able to buy presale tickets to the Eugene show .....this afternoon !!

By the way - anyone interested in the concert in Bend, OR - the email is incorrect when it says that Diana will be there on 8/9/07....

The Bend gig is scheduled for 8/7/07.....

I just found out that both John Clayton and Jeff Hamilton will NOT be with Diana when she is in Eugene. They (along with the CHJO) have a prior committment for a tribute at the Hollywood Bowl in LA that evening. Jeff will be joining her in Portland the next night - not sure about John. I assume that Anthony will be with her - I don't think I have ever heard her perfrom without him. I wonder who she will have on drums and bass ??......
